These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website belleandrussell.edu.my (“the Site”) and, where applicable, enrolment in programmes offered by Tadika Belle & Russell PLT (Company No. 201804000626), operating as Belle & Russell Kindergarten (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or enrolling your child with us, you agree to these Terms.

The content on this Site — including text, images, logos and branding — is provided for general information about our kindergarten and is the property of Tadika Belle & Russell PLT unless otherwise stated. 2. Enquiries & Enrolment

Submitting an enquiry through this Site, WhatsApp or in person does not guarantee a place at Belle & Russell Kindergarten. Enrolment is subject to availability, our admissions process, and completion of the required registration and fee payment. Fees, schedules and programme details are confirmed separately at the point of enrolment and may be updated from time to time.

3. Photographs & Testimonials

Reviews and testimonials published on this Site (including on our Reviews page) are reproduced from genuine, publicly posted reviews on Facebook and Google, attributed to their original authors. Photographs of students used on this Site or in our marketing materials are used with parental consent. Parents/guardians may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us — see our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care to ensure information on this Site is accurate and up to date, we make no warranties as to its completeness or accuracy and reserve the right to correct errors or update content at any time without notice.
