We may collect personal data including but not limited to: the name, date of birth, and health/medical information of enrolled or prospective students; the name, contact number, email address and address of parents/guardians; enquiry and enrolment form details submitted via our website, WhatsApp or in person; and photographs or videos of students taken during school activities for use in our learning-progress app, marketing materials and social media, subject to parental consent.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process enquiries, applications and enrolment for our kindergarten programmes;
• To communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child’s learning progress, school activities and administrative matters;
• To ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of students while in our care;
• To share updates, photos and testimonials on our website and social media, with consent; and
• To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Personal data may be disclosed to our staff and educators on a need-to-know basis, to our managing operator Tiny Seeds Education for administrative and quality-assurance purposes, and to relevant authorities where required by law.
